In a supermarket in Baltimore Cathy Demeroto passes in hand, pays the steak, beans but is peanuts. Too expensive. Eating with Food Stamps (food stamps), an allowance of 30 dollars a week, is an ongoing challenge.
“Could you live with this allowance.” The question is asked in the form of challenge, “Food Stamps Challenge” (Food Stamps Challenge) popularized in the United States by religious organizations as well as by NGOs.

The number of Russians living below the poverty line with less than 5 euros per day increased by two million compared to 2010, more than 21 million, a bad result for power with the approach of parliamentary and presidential elections.
According to figures released by the Russian agency Rosstat statistics, the number of poor was 21.1 million people in the first six months of 2011, 14.9% of the population (143 million), while was 19.1 million over the same period in 2010.
The subsistence level, determining the poverty line was set at 6,505 rubles (150.5 euros) per month in the second quarter. In France, the threshold is set at 954 euros per month.

The administration of President Barack Obama on Wednesday asked the Supreme Court of the United States declared to be constitutional reform Medicare enacted in early 2010 to end the use made by certain States against this legislation.
