Free Economic Zones in Kyrgyzstan

An attractive investment climate in the free economic zones created in Kyrgyzstan. Special regime regulates the registration of trade and industry and foreign enterprises, immigration, labor, customs duties, taxes, foreign exchange, land property, international trade and financial requirements of any inspection, statistical authorities, standards and health. BMS provides space for storage, wholesale, import and export trade, banking, manufacturing goods for export and transport services.
SEZ is regulated:
• Law on Free Economic Zones in the Kyrgyz Republic ”
• Provision of free economic zones (SEZ for each)
Company provides the following benefits and advantages:
• Exemption from all taxes, commitments and disbursements during the period of work in the SEZ
• Contributions to the Directorate for the provision of benefits in the SEZ in the amount of 1 – 2% of the proceeds from the sale of goods and services during the year
• Exports of goods produced in EPZs, import in the SEZ, as well as goods destined for shipment and re-export are exempt from customs duties
• Export goods produced in the SEZ are exempt from quotas and licensing
• simplify and expedite registration
• Simplified customs procedures
• Direct access to critical infrastructure, including telecommunications, water, electricity and means of transportation
Free economic zones of the republic attracted investors from more than 30 countries; they have created more than 600 companies and joint ventures that operate in the area of trade, food and light industry, construction materials and furniture, as well as tourism.
